Top performers consistently earn $200,000+. Average commission ~$3,000 per closed job (10% of the average $30,000 project size).
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, flexible field hours within team standards, needs to commit 30hrs a week minimum, and have reliable transportation.

We're looking for driven, coachable individuals who want to build a rewarding career helping homeowners navigate the insurance restoration process after storm damage.
What You'll Do
- Inspect homes for storm-related roof damage (training provided)
- Meet with homeowners and educate them on the restoration process
- Help customers navigate insurance claims
- Work directly with adjusters during inspections
- Manage projects from inspection through completion
- Generate referrals and build relationships within the community

- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
