An SLP Career Where Connection Comes First
The Job You Went to SLP School Hoping You’d Find
You studied. You trained. You pushed through clinicals. Now what?
Now you step into a role where your work has real purpose, and every day creates meaningful connection.
Where patients receive the time and attention they deserve. Where sessions aren’t rushed or boxed into rigid time limits. Where you’re recognized as a professional with expertise and long-term potential.
Uncapped Earning Potential With True Autonomy
Earn up to $125K per year — and set your own pace.
Want higher earnings? You can. Need flexibility? You have it.
You’re paid for the time you provide — not limited by artificial session caps.
- Own the client relationship from evaluation through discharge
- Treat, bill, and be compensated for follow-ups
- No productivity quotas
- No micromanagement
- No ceiling on your income
This is an ideal environment for Speech-Language Pathologists who want ownership of their caseload, control over earnings, and the freedom to practice without constant oversight.
You can maintain long-term patients on caseload, work toward meaningful goals, and implement maintenance programs that help prevent decline — becoming part of the emerging standard in preventive care.
For New Grads: A Launchpad, Not a Test
We don’t just support new grads — we develop them.
You’ll build clinical reasoning, manage complexity, and grow confident with structured mentorship and guidance — not pressure and guesswork.
You will never be left to sink or swim.
You’ll have time to grow, reflect, and become a skilled, independent clinician. This is the foundation new grads often wish they had.
Build Something Innovative — and Needed — in Our Industry
At Gait Mechanics, our SLPs are helping lead something new. You’ll spearhead Brain Boost, a core part of our proprietary Cognitive Care Program.
This structured program allows therapists to:
- Schedule sessions compensated beyond one hour
- Maintain uninterrupted, year-round caseloads
- Incorporate caregiver training directly into plans of care for better reimbursement, stronger outcomes, and efficient time use
- Carry smaller, more manageable caseloads
- Prevent seasonal dips in caseload
- Provide continuous, meaningful care patients can rely on
And the best part? You can maintain a full caseload — if desired — at reimbursement rates that reflect your expertise AND time spent with the patient.
Just you, your clinical judgment, and a team that trusts you.
