Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 4th Grade Teacher to inspire and educate young learners in a dynamic classroom environment. Responsibilities

- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management techniques, promoting respect, cooperation, and active engagement.
- Monitor student progress regularly using various assessment tools and analyze performance data to tailor instruction accordingly.
- Integrate educational technology tools and learning technology resources to enhance instructional delivery and student interaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and school-wide initiatives to ensure consistency and high-quality education.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and upcoming events through regular updates and meetings.
- Support students with special needs or those requiring early intervention by adapting teaching strategies and collaborating with specialists as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, behavior reports, and other administrative documentation in compliance with educational regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field; valid teaching certification for elementary grades.
- Proven experience teaching 4th grade or similar elementary school levels in diverse classroom settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math instruction, and standardized testing procedures.
- Proficiency in educational technology integration, including learning management systems and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, students, parents, and administrators.
- Experience working with children with autism or other special needs is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques.
- Knowledge of curriculum implementation standards, educational compliance requirements, and assessment strategies.
