Step into a leadership role as a Distribution Center Lead and help drive excellence across our inventory operations! In this dynamic position, you’ll guide and support a team of hourly associates as they perform essential inventory tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and smooth daily operations. You’ll champion our standards for quality, production, safety, ergonomics, and compliance. Working closely with cross-functional partners to keep our Distribution Center running at its best. This position has a base rate of $22.07 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
