The mission of the Integrations Engineer is to provide efficient and rapid integrations support to Dealerslink Members . Our solutions require us to integrate with over 140 providers including many fortune 500 companies like ADP and Autotrader.com. An Integrations Engineer must be a multi-tasking master with an obsession with problem solving.
Job duties include:
- Setting up data imports and exports.
- Troubleshooting faulty integration connections.
- Assisting in dealer training initiatives.
- Consulting with dealers to optimize performance.
- Providing internal tech support.
All tools and training necessary for the job will be provided. We are looking for individuals with backgrounds in networking, systems integrations, tech support and server administration. Automotive industry experience and Microsoft certifications are a plus.
