TONIKO Beverage Sales Associate
Join our dynamic team as a Toniko Beverage Sales Associate specializing in Florida! In
this energetic role, you will be the friendly face to visit many locations in support of the
launch of our new collection of Non-Alcoholic Tonics and Kava Seltzers. Your
enthusiasm and customer-focused approach will help drive sales, build lasting
relationships, and create a lively connection with the community in the growing
functional beverage market.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on beverage products,
including pricing, features, and benefits
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote new or premium products and increase sales
volume
- Maintain accurate pricing displays and ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and
organized
- Assist with merchandising efforts to keep the store visually appealing and well-stocked
- Support inventory management through regular stock check-ins, and documenting
product levels
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their preferences and providing
personalized recommendations
- Drive store sales by actively engaging customers and promoting special offers or
promotions
Skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage client lists, pricing, and merchandising tasks
efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, calculating discounts, and managing stock
levels
- Experience in retail store environments is preferred to quickly adapt to store operations
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and upselling techniques to maximize sales
opportunities
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices
- Familiarity with customer relationship building to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Valid driving license with experience in route driving
- Experience with automobile transportation, and route organization that enhances
versatility for client visit lists
