Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 2D construction drawings, schematics, and detailed construction documentation using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to produce system designs, interior layouts, mechanical details, and graphic representations that meet project standards.
- Conduct building code analysis to ensure all designs comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in developing construction details and specifications that facilitate seamless project execution on-site.
- Utilize Bluebeam for digital markup, review, and management of project documents to streamline communication across teams.
- Support the integration of building information modeling (BIM) workflows for efficient coordination among disciplines.
Requirements
- Proven experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam is highly desirable.
