Job Description
Great Lakes Boat Top is searching for experienced sewing machine operators.
Job Duties:
- Must know how to operate an industrial sewing machine
- Measure and cut new covering materials, using patterns and measuring and cutting instruments, following sketches and design specifications
- Hand-cutting and sewing materials such as canvas, vinyl, hard and soft acrylic
- Working with other fabricators and seamstresses to complete projects together
- Producing high-quality product with close attention to detail and striving for efficiency
- Learning and retaining new skills and techniques
- Reading work orders, product maps and following directions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year sewing experience with an industrial machine
- Ability to cut various materials
- Ability to use measuring
- Excellent attendance / Dependable
- A good attitude, must be a team player

- Detail focused on craftsmanship and a creative mind
