Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6pm EST
Starting Pay: $15.79 per hour plus incentive bonus

We’re looking for a Personal Injury Leads & Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out after an accident or injury. Your ability to listen, gather key details, and guide potential clients through the next step will play a critical role in helping them access legal support.

What you will be doing as a Remote Personal Injury Leads & Intake Specialist:
- Be the first voice clients hear by responding to inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
- Gather key details and create lead records for every potential client who reaches out.
- Ask thoughtful questions to help determine whether we may be able to assist with their claim.
- Guide potential clients through the next step and secure signed representation agreements when appropriate.
- Help collect key documents such as police or incident reports to support case evaluation.
- Coordinate with referral partners when cases may be referred to outside firms.
- Keep everything organized by maintaining accurate notes and information in our case management system.
- Manage scheduling for client meetings with attorneys or team members.
- Track client packets and documentation using internal tools that keep cases moving forward.
- Contribute to a high-performing team by tracking productivity and communicating with supervisors when case review is needed.
- Occasionally travel within the WV/OH area to meet new clients or assist existing clients with paperwork when needed.
- Any and all other duties needed to serve our clients & mission.

Now you might be wondering about the pay? The Remote Personal Injury Leads & Intake Specialist starting pay rate is $15.79 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY SIX MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 32 to 58 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
