About The Role:
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Doylestown Sports Medicine Center, you will be responsible for developing rapport with our clients and executing day-to-day operations in our clinic. This includes maintaining customer satisfaction ratings and upkeeping our patient database. You will be directly responsible for the execution of the front office policies, procedures, and communications standards.
In this role, you will have the important task of being the first point of contact with the clients of our practice. Your top priority will be to provide an unparalleled customer experience that clients can’t wait to come back to. You must be able to work at a fast-pace and have extraordinary attention to detail.

What You Will Be Doing
- Greet and check-in clients as they arrive for appointments
- Scheduling clients
- Accurately process patient payments
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after their appointments to ensure satisfaction
- Create and maintain client charts
- Perform 24-hour follow up calls after new client visits
- Manage inbound phone calls from clients/potential clients
- Be able to describe services we provide to potential clients
- Upsell the value of our services (in person / OTP)
- Handle price / Money objections
- Communicating with clinicians to ensure an excellent patient experience and smooth business operations
Skills Required
- Collaboration skills to keep everyone in the loop regarding schedule changes, plan of care updates, etc.
- Computer Literacy: Google, Excel, basic knowledge of CRM software (Infusionsoft) preferred
- Ability to hold a conversation for 10+ minutes on the phone with clients/potential clients
- Ability to warmly greet clients when they arrive in the clinic
- Attention to detail: ability to self-organize and not let things fall through the cracks
- Persistence: demonstrates tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done
- Ability to problem solve in the moment
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
