Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, hands on Warehouse/Production Project Lead responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing production-related projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This person will work closely with our staffing agencies.
Duties
- Lead production improvement projects from planning through implementation.
- Coordinate installation and startup of new production lines.
- Follow project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and production disruptions.
- Train production personnel/staffing temps.
- Work at multiple locations as needed. (Within 3 miles)
Experience
- Leadership experience managing projects and production within a fast-paced distribution environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read production schedules and coordinate multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management tools
- Bilingual is required. English and Spanish
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
