We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cannabis Packaging Technician to assist our Post-Harvest Manager with daily operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring products are accurately packaged, labeled, tracked, and prepared in compliance with Oklahoma medical marijuana regulations and company standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Weighing and packaging cannabis products accurately
- Applying and verifying product labels
- Assisting with inventory counts and product tracking
- Maintaining accurate packaging and compliance records
- Following METRC and company procedures
- Checking finished products for accuracy and quality
- Keeping packaging areas clean, organized, and sanitary
- Assisting the Post-Harvest Manager with additional tasks as needed
- Following all safety, security, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Previous cannabis, packaging, inventory, or production experience is preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to obtain or maintain any required Oklahoma cannabis employee credentials
