Job Description:
The Hash Processor will be responsible for processing or "spinning" high-quality hash, ensuring that our product meets strict standards for purity and quality. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of cannabis processing methods, be comfortable working with specialized equipment, and be meticulous in their approach to maintaining consistency across batches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery for hash production, ensuring it runs efficiently and without issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to achieve desired purity, consistency, and quality in hash extraction.
- Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on machines and other equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to machinery or processing inconsistencies.
- Maintain accurate records of each batch, cleaning logs, & yield metrics.
- Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines for working with hash processing materials and equipment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hash processing, cannabis industry, or similar environment preferred.
- Attention to detail and precision in following complex procedures.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Basic technical / problem solving skills for machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to maintain high degree of cleanliness and organization in a production environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take verbal instructions. Works well independently. Self motivated.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a cold environment (50 degrees F)
Other Info:
This job will entail 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week.
Benefits:

Pay: $22.00 - $23.50 per hour
