We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Services Manager to lead our team and ensure operational excellence. Please note that our current opportunities are focused in this area, rather than engineering or health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident Response Leadership: Lead containment, mitigation, and cleanup efforts for hazardous material releases and environmental emergencies.
- Team Management: Supervise field technicians and project crews, deliver daily safety briefings, and ensure correct use of equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE), preform employee performance evaluations.
- Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations, enforce company safety standards, and lead on-site incident investigations.
- Project Oversight: Develop project scopes, prepare cost estimates, manage timelines, and handle all job documentation and administrative tasks.
- Oversees Financials: Invoice reconciliation, project profit and loss analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost savings initiatives, operating expenses, and data collection for accurate financial reports to achieve annual budget targets and goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a contact with clients, regulatory agencies, and local authorities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in HAZWPOER/Environmental industry with project management, 5+ years of industrial emergency response, hazmat operations, including at least 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Certifications: Valid OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification and Confined Space Entry training required.
- Ability to work in physically demanding and extreme environmental conditions
- Willingness to be on-call for rotating emergency shifts and some travel
- 10+ years driving experience with current and clean driving record (CDL a plus)
- 3+ years of experience with computer applications, Including Outlook, Teams, Word, Acrobat, Excel, and Google
