Duties
- Operate heavy construction equipment such as skid steers, loaders, excavators, and forklifts to move and mix materials.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during operations.
- Handle materials efficiently using material handling equipment to support various phases of manufacturing
- Follow batch and mixing instructions based on standard specs.
- Coordinate with team members to execute production plans accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and safety checks in compliance with occupational safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery such as skid steers, loaders, excavators, and forklifts
- Production experience with a strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere strictly to safety regulations and occupational safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
