Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth overnight hotel operations by delivering exceptional guest service while completing daily financial and administrative tasks.
As the overnight representative of our hotel, you will welcome late-arriving guests, assist early departures, perform the nightly audit, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out during overnight hours.
- Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions using the hotel's property management system.
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing information, and confidential documentation.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Prepare shift reports, incident reports, and audit documentation for the next business day.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-focused front desk environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel front desk or customer service experience required.
- Previous Night Audit experience is preferred.
- Experience using hotel property management systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
