Who You Are….
As a laborer, you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and applying yourself to a hands-on project. You are good at understanding and following directions and take pride in the important role you play in building projects and positively impacting communities.
Some of the important things you will do…
- Work on commercial, industrial, residential, and high-rise projects on small and large buildings.
- Must be able to comprehend and implement proper industry and jobsite specific safety rules and regulations.
- Properly operate small power equipment including but not limited to compaction rammers, cut-off saws and plate tampers.
- Strip concrete forming systems and remove accessory hardware and nails.
- Shovel soils, sub-base materials, and concrete.
- Help keep the equipment and work site area clean.
Must haves….
- Willingness to learn and ability to follow directions.
- Ability to stand, stoop, and lift up to 75 lbs.
It’s a plus...
- Ownership of hand tools and knowledge of how to use them.
