Key Responsibilities:
- Patch holes and repair minor damage.
- Remove and replace carpets as needed.
- Change light bulbs and perform basic electrical tasks.
- Address plumbing issues and fix door knobs and locks.
- Conduct basic repairs on shelves and furniture.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Clean drains and other plumbing fixtures.
- Perform any other basic repairs as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance tasks is preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required for travel between multiple facilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
