Description
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with routine clinical procedures and patient care.

Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

Enter and update patient information accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).

Measure and record patient vital signs.

Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.

Clean and stock examination rooms between patients.

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.

Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required (if applicable).

Previous experience in a physician's office or healthcare setting preferred.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
