What You’ll Do
As a Service Technician, you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of powersports units including ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, and boats. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure every customer leaves ready for their next adventure.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and accurately estimate service needs on all units
- Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and correctly per flat-rate standards
- Review and complete manufacturer service bulletins and required updates
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Properly clock in/out and record time in Lightspeed
- Move units in and out of the shop daily
- Advise on additional recommended repairs or maintenance items
- Stay current with all required factory certifications and training
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working as a service technician (powersports, motorcycle, marine, or automotive)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to diagnose and repair efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Team-oriented, dependable, and motivated to succeed
