Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment
LLOYD, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated 3rd Shift Packaging Supervisor to lead our Packaging and Labeling operations in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing experience who is willing to learn, thrives in a hands-on supervisory position focused on quality, safety, production efficiency, and team development.
Duties
- Supervising and supporting packaging personnel on 3rd shift
- Training employees on GMPs, SOPs, safety procedures, and daily operations
- Troubleshooting packaging and labeling equipment issues
- Supporting production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
- Performing secondary production checks and ensuring product quality standards
- Assisting with CAPA development and root cause investigations
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or packaging operations
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of GMPs, safety practices, and quality standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of packaging/manufacturing experience preferred

Pay: $47,500.00 - $63,000.00 per year
