Ultimate Therapy is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on helping residents build the skills they need for daily living and long-term independence.
Role Highlights:

Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions based on established care plans

Focus on improving daily living skills, upper body strength, coordination, and cognitive function
-
Support residents with adaptive techniques and equipment to increase independence
-
Record treatment sessions and communicate progress or concerns to the Occupational Therapist
-
Work closely with nursing and rehab staff to ensure consistent, effective care
