Are you an experienced restaurant leader ready to run your own business within a business?
We are seeking a proven General Manager to lead one of our Pizza Hut restaurants. This position is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, financial performance, guest satisfaction, staffing, training, and execution of brand standards.
Important: This is not an entry-level management position. Applicants must have prior leadership experience managing teams in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure outstanding guest service
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers
- Drive sales growth and achieve profit goals
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and cash controls
- Hold the team accountable to company standards and expectations
- Analyze financial and operational reports to identify opportunities and solve problems
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Build a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and results
- Execute local marketing initiatives to grow sales and guest counts
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience leading a team of 10+ employees
- Experience with hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- Proven track record of achieving operational or financial goals
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Restaurant General Manager experience
- Quick-service or fast-casual restaurant experience
- P&L management experience
- ServSafe Certification
