Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
The Program Manager will both own programs and projects and will support a team of project managers who is responsible for programs within Project Management Office here at SCA Health. As a Program Manager, you will set expectations with the customer regarding how to proceed with the implementation of technology solutions for their specific needs, tracking these projects within scope, and hitting major project milestones to complete the implementation in the agreed upon timeline using the SCAH methodology. You will assume a variety of roles, including clinical and technical project management, client management, economic management (budgets), and change management while implementing and deploying SCA’s technology. To be successful in this role you will need to be a focused individual with unwavering attention to the success of SCAH programs and projects, extraordinary organizational skills, and exceptional communication capabilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading 3-6 Programs and/or Projects in this role and be able to build relationships with frontline clinical and technical staff.
Significant interaction with SCA leaders will be a requirement of this position and, therefore, this individual must be comfortable working with the highest levels of senior management.
Responsibilities

Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assign project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work schedules, budget, and timing for new initiatives

Manage programs, projects and program/project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives

Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors

Develop and manage budget for programs and/or projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
Support other program managers with questions

Program/Project Accounting

Ensures timely and accurate invoices, and monitors receivable for program and/or project.

Follows up with customers, as necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.

Assures program/project legal documents are completed and signed.
Program Objectives

Strategize, implement, and maintain program/project initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

Develop program/project assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in technology or related field with preference of MBA.

8+ years hands on project management experience

5+ years of experience in program management
-
Project Management Professional certification (PMP)

Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment.

Proven ability to manage key stakeholders while managing competing priorities.

Strong leadership skills including conflict/issue resolution.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with customers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
