Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and mechanical systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing logic controllers is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to supervise and guide others.
