High Sierra Power Sports is looking for highly motivated sales professionals who are driven to make great money while helping customers find the perfect vehicle. We specialize in powersports, off-road vehicles, RVs, trailers, classic cars, lifted trucks, performance vehicles, and more.

What You'll Do
- Greet customers in person, by phone, and online.
- Build relationships and provide an outstanding buying experience.
- Learn our inventory and confidently present features and benefits.
- Follow up with leads using our CRM.
- Create Facebook Marketplace and social media listings.
- Record walk-around videos and vehicle content.
- Negotiate deals and overcome objections professionally.
- Work with management to structure and close sales.
- Maintain product knowledge on current inventory.
- Keep detailed customer notes and follow-up schedules.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (automotive or powersports is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and CRM software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation
Base pay plus commission. Top performers have the opportunity to earn six figures.
Schedule
- Full-time (6 Days a week)
- Weekend availability required
- 8-hour shifts
