Are you an Athletic Trainer who loves sports medicine but is ready to spend less time on the sidelines and more time helping patients inside a modern sports medicine and wellness clinic?
Genesis Wellness Centers is redefining musculoskeletal care by combining sports medicine, recovery, performance, and longevity under one roof. We're looking for a Clinical Athletic Trainer to become the leader of our Sports Medicine program—serving as the first point of contact for orthopedic injuries, movement assessments, mobility programs, recovery planning, and wellness consultations.
This position is ideal for an Athletic Trainer who enjoys injury evaluation and performance training but is looking for a more predictable daytime schedule, the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships, and a pathway into a leadership role within a growing company.
What You'll Do
- Perform orthopedic injury screens and movement assessments.
- Develop mobility, corrective exercise, and return-to-sport programs.
- Guide patients through recovery and performance plans.
- Coordinate care with our Doctor of Physical Therapy and Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Educate patients on hyperbaric oxygen therapy, recovery services, peptides, IV therapy, and wellness memberships.
- Help grow and lead an innovative Sports Medicine program.
Ideal Candidate
- Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC).
- Arizona licensed (or eligible).
- Strong orthopedic injury assessment skills.
- Dry needling experience preferred (or willing to obtain certification).
- Passion for sports medicine, movement, recovery, and wellness.
- Looking to transition from long afternoons, evenings, and weekend field coverage into a rewarding clinical career with long-term growth.
