$15/hr + $2 weekend shift differential
We have 4, 6 & 8hr shifts in our group homes. All are located in South Bend.

Our DSPs play a vital role in providing a family environment for the individuals with disabilities that we serve. We are looking for people who can mentor and teach people to gain independence in their daily living skills.
A few things that are important to us:
- All individuals we serve will be treated with dignity and respect
- We all work as a team to provide the highest quality level of care
- We ensure the safety of the individuals we serve
- We provide transportation to activities that are important to the individuals we serve, such as community events, jobs, etc.
- Cooking, cleaning and assisting individuals with all aspects of daily living is required
A couple things we require:
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Must have a driver's license
- Must pass driving record/background check requirements
