WE’RE HIRING | Senior Program Manager, PMO – US Hours
Location: United States | Remote
Work Hours: US Hours
Role: Senior Program Manager, PMO
Engagement: Global | US & Brazil
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager, PMO to drive a complex, multi-workstream global engagement spanning product development, primary market research, data, quality control, vendors, training, change management, and launch readiness.
Working closely with the Engagement Lead, you will own the day-to-day program spine—bringing structure, accountability, visibility, and execution discipline across teams in the US and Brazil.
This is a hands-on program leadership role for someone who can operate effectively when requirements evolve, stakeholders span multiple functions and time zones, and execution needs to stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the integrated program plan across multiple workstreams.
- Establish clear milestones, deliverables, owners, and dates in writing.
- Drive accountability across workstream owners and ensure commitments are tracked to completion.
- Maintain the decision log, ensuring key decisions, owners, and outcomes are documented.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize program risks based on business impact.
- Assign clear risk owners, mitigation actions, and target dates.
- Coordinate execution across product development, market research, data, quality, vendors, training, change management, and launch readiness.
- Manage stakeholders across different functions, geographies, and time zones.
- Bring structure and clarity when requirements, priorities, or dependencies change.
- Provide program-level visibility to leadership and the Engagement Lead.
- Ensure cross-workstream dependencies are identified, managed, and communicated proactively.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs.
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or similarly complex global organizations.
- Strong command of PMO artifacts and practices, using them as active management tools—not just templates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions and time zones.
- Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to impose structure in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ownership, follow-through, and ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
Strong Plus
- Portuguese language proficiency
- Experience with primary market research or commercial insights
- Experience managing AI, analytics, or data-focused programs
- PMP or CSPO certification
Ideal Candidate
You are a senior program leader who doesn't just maintain status reports—you run the operating system of the program.
You know how to turn ambiguity into an executable plan, keep owners accountable, surface risks before they become problems, and keep multiple teams moving toward launch.
