Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Organize and manage incoming tickets for accuracy and timing
- Ensure all dishes are plated correctly and meet quality standards
- Maintain smooth and timely flow of food from kitchen to guests
- Assist with final garnishing and presentation of dishes
- Keep expo line clean, stocked, and organized
- Support kitchen team during high-volume service
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Prior kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
Experience
- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
