Job Title: Associate Project Manager
Location: Remote home office within commuting distance of Los Angeles, CA; Pasadena, CA; San Francisco, CA; San Diego, CA; St. Louis, MO; or New York, NY.
Salary Range: $68,750 – $77,000 per year

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
Successful candidates will have the desire and ability to quickly learn and support a wide variety of green building services including: LEED (BD+C, ID+C, AND O+M), Fitwel, WELL, CHPS, Living Building Challenge, zero energy building design and certification, life cycle assessments (LCA), corporate sustainability reporting (ESG), and others.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, environmental science, engineering, or related field

1-3 years of direct green building project experience through internships, school projects, and/or work.

LEED Green Associate required within 3 months of hire; LEED AP required within 5 months of hire, other green building credentials preferred; expected to pursue additional credentialing as needed by the firm.

Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, document control, and polished reports.

Strong data/information management skills, including ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, organize and correlate findings, and translate that information into client deliverables.
