Full Job Description Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and professional nurses to help educate, promote, and deliver intravenous vitamin therapies. The ideal candidates will be outgoing, confident and great listeners. This position comes with a base rate as well as opportunity to earn commission and tips. This is a spa environment. Candidates must be willing to pamper and cater to our clients' needs to ensure their ultimate comfort. The IV specialist will need to assess medical records (in collaboration with our MD when needed) and assist clients with differing needs and differing stages of health.
Our specialists administer IV vitamin infusions and work with specified protocols; attention to detail is crucial. Being organized and knowing how to prioritize is a must. Knowledge of micronutrients and ability to educate on how they work synergistically to support the body is preferred to guide our clients on appropriate therapies to reach their health goals. Training and protocols will be available. Must be a patient listener and good communicator with clients who may have a lot of questions. A passion for learning more about preventative and proactive approaches to health and a willingness to share your knowledge with your clients is ideal. Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide effective consultations and educate clients about vitamins, micronutrients and our services
- Perform IV and injectable treatments designed to repair and enhance our patient’s health, ensure consistent delivery of an exceptional experience
- Monitor patients during infusion
- Update and review medical charts for consistency and accuracy
- Maintain fluidity of the operation, train new employees, communicate with corporate office
- Meet product and membership sales goals
- Perform daily spa operation responsibilities including maintenance, ordering supplies, stocking, cleaning, linen services, and office administrative duties
Essential Qualifications:
- Licensed and board-certified Registered Nurse (RN)
- Skilled expertise in IV starts
- Strong desire to see results in the health and wellness of our community
- Passion for people, guests and Prime IV
- Sales skills, knowledge, and personality to educate and counsel clients regarding the best treatments for them
- Highly organized, self-motivated, ambitious, driven to excel
- Valid state issued driver’s license

Base Pay:
$32-$40 per hour
Pay is dependent on qualifications, position (full time nurse), and experience. Since this is a medical spa and not a treatment center, our team members can receive tips for their services. The tips go directly to the team members. While not guaranteed, this averages $10 to $15 per hour additional wage at other spas. Deep discounts on our products are another major bonus!

Saturday 9AM to 1PM
