Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team, covering from Tampa Bay area to Sarasota,Fl. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to customer engagement, and experience in B2B and B2C sales environments. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships across various territories.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, visits, and market research to expand the customer base.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and upselling relevant products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their requirements.
- Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize coverage and sales potential within assigned regions.
- Utilize stone industry software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position offerings in the marketplace.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to inform management decisions and track progress toward targets.
Skills
- Proven experience in the Stone Industry, outside sales, B2B and B2C sales, or technical sales with a strong understanding of territory management and lead generation techniques.
- Strong communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and client negotiations.
- Ability to develop strategic business development plans and execute them successfully.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
