Emplify Health is hiring a Manager of Strategic Finance. You will be responsible for leading the budgeting, long-range planning and forecasting processes for the organization. This role involves working closely with senior management to align financial strategies with company objectives and ensure accurate financial guidance for decision-making. The Manager will play a critical role in evaluating financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing best practices in financial planning.
Location: 2020 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301, hybrid schedule. All candidates must reside in WI, MI, MN, or IA
FTE Status: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. Business hours. No weekends or holidays

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required. MBA, HFMA Fellow preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience of demonstrated competency in accounting or finance related role within the healthcare industry and a minimum 5 years leadership experience required.
- Experience developing and maintaining budgeting, long range planning, capital planning processes, productivity benchmarking within the healthcare industry, financial and labor productivity reporting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance including reimbursement models and public policy implications to future financial performance. Ability to articulate changes within the healthcare finance space to non-financial leaders within operations. Ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across other areas in finance as well as operational business units.
- Experience with Strata, Vizient, Power BI, SQL and Workday.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare and consolidate departmental budgets.
- Develop and manage the long-range financial planning process to support strategic initiatives and growth objectives.
- Analyze industry trends and economic conditions to inform long-term financial strategies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and analysis to executive leadership, clearly communicating financial insights and recommendations.
- Lead the financial forecasting process, providing regular updates and scenario analysis.
- Utilize financial models to project future financial performance and identify potential areas of concern.
- Ensure forecasts are integrated with budget and long-range plans to provide a comprehensive financial outlook.
