What You'll Do:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
- Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about our hospice services.
- Identify opportunities to grow referrals while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and educational presentations.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure exceptional service and continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare sales, hospice, home health, or medical marketing preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Passion for serving patients and families with compassion and integrity.
