Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Protection Agent to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of individuals, property, and assets. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential threats and implementing effective measures to mitigate risks. The Protection Agent will work closely with law enforcement and other security personnel to maintain a secure environment.
Duties
- Conduct Executive Protection Details.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing detailed reports of incidents and observations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any actions taken during shifts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in conflict management strategies to effectively handle challenging situations.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional training in emergency response is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions in high-stress environments.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security threats.
