Responsibilities
Operate a company vehicle to transport patients and staff to and from appointments, hospital visits, and other healthcare facilities
Ensure a safe and secure transportation environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Maintain accurate records of transportation routes, patient loads, and vehicle maintenance
Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, responding promptly to requests and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely and efficient transportation services
Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to management
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
About the Role
