The Spark by Hilton of Lynchburg seeks a qualified Guest Service Agent with a high level of professionalism and effective decision-making skills. Applicant must possess strong interpersonal and administrative skills. This position is full time 11p-7a. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.
Applicant will be responsible for registering and processing guests to their assigned rooms, answering multi-line phones and answering questions specific to our property and/or local area, accommodating special requests, communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms, handling payments, maintaining a neat and clean front desk area, running and maintaining reports and/or logs, keeping up with and following brand standards, maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
Ideal applicant will be a self motivated individual and be able to work independently. Applicant must have a flexible schedule and a valid drivers license. Must have an upbeat attitude and be willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests.
