Position Overview
We’re looking for someone energetic and customer-focused to help us grow our marketplace, welcome new businesses, support our customers, and assist with marketing.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard pet stores, groomers, boarding facilities, and veterinary practices to the platform
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist businesses with product listings, appointments, and account setup.
- Support marketing campaigns and social media outreach.
- Build relationships with independent pet businesses.
- Monitor marketplace activity and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate follow-up communications and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist with content creation and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales, customer relations, eCommerce, or marketing preferred
- Passion for pets and the pet care industry
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with online software platforms and digital tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
