Join Pizzeria Uno as a Restaurant Assistant Manager at our Tilton, NH location! This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level assistant manager who has previous experience as a shift supervisor and is eager to grow into a well-seasoned manager long term with our company. You will play a key role in supporting the management team while gaining hands-on experience in restaurant operations and leadership. We are looking for a motivated, young professional ready to take their management career to the next level in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning
- Lead and motivate team members during shifts to deliver excellent customer service
- Support scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
- Maintain quality, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Resolve guest concerns and provide a positive dining experience
- Train and mentor new staff members under the guidance of senior management
- Contribute to driving sales and meeting business goals
- Previous experience as a shift supervisor or equivalent in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a management role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation preferred
- Competitive compensation: $52,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year, paid weekly (based on experience)
