What we’re looking for:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-age children
- Solid foundation in fine and gross motor skill development
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Background in school-based OT services preferred
Key duties:
- Evaluate students to determine therapy needs and develop customized intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy—both onsite and through teletherapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to facilitate student progress
- Document assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on student goals
- Adapt interventions and supports to align with educational objectives
