Assembler – Full Time 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift
Starting Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift Premium: +$1.00/hour for 2nd & 3rd shifts

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members to join our Production team as Assemblers on 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift. What You’ll Do:
- Follow assembly instructions, drawings, or verbal directions to build quality products.
- Position and align small parts or subassemblies using jigs, fixtures, or tools.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct basic in-process inspections to ensure quality.
- Maintain attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Support team goals and contribute to a safe, organized work area.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods (depending on position)
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality
