What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Agent
- Meet with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend Verizon products and services that best fit their lifestyle.
- Educate customers on wireless plans, devices, promotions, and account options in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
- Build genuine relationships by providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after each sale.
- Help customers with new activations, upgrades, account changes, and service questions.
- Represent Verizon professionally at residential appointments, community events, and promotional campaigns.
- Work alongside an energetic team while developing valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills.
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Agent
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
