Job Summary
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Tubing Warehouse Packing Associate! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, labeling, and preparing tubing products for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth order fulfillment, accurate inventory handling, and seamless warehouse operations. Duties
- Carefully pack tubing products using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe transit and delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and organize materials efficiently
- Assist with order picking and order fulfillment processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accuracy
- Conduct quality control checks to verify product specifications and identify any damages or discrepancies
- Prepare shipments by labeling packages accurately, sealing containers, and coordinating with shipping & receiving teams
- Support stock replenishment by stocking shelves and organizing inventory in designated areas
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to optimize workflow, maintain safety standards, and improve overall warehouse distribution processes
Skills
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanner technology for order picking and inventory tracking
- Excellent skills in picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment procedures
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance when needed
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform heavy lifting tasks regularly throughout shifts
- Experience in warehouse distribution environments with a focus on quality control and stock management
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order processing and inventory stocking
