Your role on the team: (job description)
- Tracks material statuses by utilizing SAP IMOM reporting
- Observes trends and customer requests to create and maintain maintenance schedules
- Participates in weekly material coordinator team calls to address issues and concerns being faced
- Continuously improving the use of ERP systems for greater visibility and planning efficiency of materials required to support drilling operations and projects
- Maintaining strict cyber and personal security protocols for sensitive drilling and project information
- Coordinating closely with drilling, warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory of critical drilling materials
- Providing regular updates on material availability, shortages, and delivery timelines to drilling supervisors and project managers
What you need: (requirements)
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in material coordination, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field preferred
- SAP experience, specifically Material Management related
- Inventory Control experience
- PC Proficient with Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Oil and gas experience preferred

- Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving and warehousing operations
