The Cut Operator is responsible for the operation of multiple plotter cutting machines to add contour cuts to various print types.
As a team member you would be cross-trained for all production roles.
Primary Responsibilities
- Cutting is completed on Summa wide format tangential vinyl cutters
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Assistance with other operational areas when necessary
- Provide suggestions for production and workflow efficiency
Skills/Qualifications
- Cut production experience preferred.
- Must be able to stand 70% of the day and lift/load up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask, communicate with other departments, and meet printing deadlines
- Reliable transportation required – Commute to Troy, MI office daily
Flexible hours with typical start time of 9:00am and end time of 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
