Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and possess a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint
- Mix, match, and apply paints and other finishes to different surfaces
- Calculate costs and negotiate prices
- Coordinate with clients and other team members to ensure project success
- Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for painting
- Select appropriate tools and materials for each project
- Clean up work areas and store painting equipment
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial painting or construction sites is preferred
- Knowledge of trim carpentry, stucco, drywall, and hand tools is a plus
- Ability to estimate construction costs accurately
- Proficiency in renovating projects is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
