Pay Range: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Are you an experienced veterinary receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being the friendly face that welcomes both pets and their people? We’re looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented, motivated and professional team member to join our growing practice!
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous veterinary receptionist experience (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Warm, outgoing personality with confidence and compassion when speaking to clients
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
- Professional demeanor in person and over the phone
- Comfort discussing services, scheduling appointments, and handling payments
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and patients with compassion and professionalism
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Manage medical records accurately
- Process payments and explain invoices clearly
- Communicate effectively with doctors and medical staff
- Support overall clinic flow and client experience
