Deburr Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing
Location: Signal Hill, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.00/hr
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire after 6 months
A precision aerospace manufacturing company in Signal Hill is seeking a Deburr Operator to join their production team. This company manufactures high-quality machined components for the aerospace industry and is looking for detail-oriented candidates with experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined metal parts
- Use hand tools such as files, grinders, sanders, and deburring tools
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production drawings
- Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous deburring or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience working with aerospace or machined metal parts is a plus
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Familiarity with inspection and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
