Overview
Currently seeking a competent and qualified Property Maintenance Specialist for a Full-time position in Augusta GA and surrounding areas. We are a specialized property management company. You will be responsible for responding and repairing tenant’s maintenance requests within 24-48hrs and servicing our other properties. This job requires but not limited to the following requirements. (English as primary language is not required)
Duties

· Own truck and tools
· Proven experience as handyman with good work (not looking at temporary fixing items)
· Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
· General electrical work (switches, outlets, lights, ceiling fans, test electrical lines, etc.)
· General plumbing (unclogging and fix all plumbing lines, repair or replace toilets, flappers, wax rings, faucets, water heaters, etc.)
· General HVAC Service (replacing thermostats, filters, routine maintenance and minor repairs)
· General carpentry replacing or fixing (doors, decks, roof leaks/repair, roof boots, flashing)
· General flooring (wood floor, laminate, tile, subfloor)
· Dry wall patching, repair and painting
· Bathroom and kitchen remodeling/repair (cabinets, basic appliance repair, vanities, tub/shower)
· Independent, sub-contractor
